Driver Safety Culture

Safety is reinforced every day through technology, conversation, and accountability — not only in formal training.

On-board performance monitoring

Driver performance is reviewed through on-board computers, giving operations clear data to coach and support safe driving.

Safety incentive programmes

Recognition and rewards reinforce consistent compliance and positive safety outcomes across the driving team.

Toolbox talks and safety briefings

Regular short sessions keep hazards visible, share lessons learned, and align everyone before shifts and routes.

Compliance monitoring

Speed, rest periods, and driving hours are monitored to protect drivers and meet legal limits on every journey.
